[Recipes] Greek Yogurt with Honey, Cinnamom and Natural Granola

A great afternoon snack or for Breakfast.

Eating healthy doesn't have to be boring or tasteless. Like everyone else, it is a necessity for me to watch what I eat. But, I've never been one to starve myself. I enjoy and love food way too much. Instead, I've found ways to either make the foods I love healthier or to make healthy food more appealing, tastier and tantalizing to the senses. Putting these simple ingredients in a fancy dessert glass makes it appealing to the eyes and excitingly decedent. Try it, I promise you'll lick the glass afterwards.

-Add a layer of Greek yogurt to the bottom of the glass

-Sprinkle with cinnamon and drizzle a little honey

-Lay with thinly sliced strawberries

Repeat

-Sprinkle natural granola on top and add a little more cinnamon.

Eat and enjoy without any guilt.
